Demarest assisted Mercado Livre (Mercado Envios) in the negotiation and execution of a long-term strategic business agreement with Gol Linhas Aéreas, encompassing the dedicated operation of up to twelve aircraft for the air cargo transportation of goods acquired through Mercado Livre’s e-commerce platform. This project will improve the quality and efficiency of product delivery for the customers by boosting Mercado Livre capabilities.
The transaction consolidates the standing of Mercado Livre to become, by far, the largest and most time efficient marketplace in Latin America, by improving the reach and delivery capacity of its participating players.
