Demarest Advogados advised Viveo and DNA Capital in the acquisition of the Cirúrgica Mafra group, through the purchase of 100% of CMI Hospitalar, CM Medicamentos Especiais and CM Campinas Medicamentos.

The R$ 110 million transaction marks an important expansion of Viveo’s fronts in the physical stores and delivery segment.

The Demarest Advogados team was led by partners Ana Carolina Audi (pictured left), Eloy Rizzo (pictured right) and included associates Roberto Casarini, Rodrigo Nascimento Salem, Rodrigo Tozo, Veronica Betta.
