Demarest Advogados launched initiative focused on startups
Demarest Advogados has launched the Disrupt initiative, coordinated by partner Daniel Caramaschi (pictured), and which counts with partners and lawyers from different areas dedicated to the new business models led by startups, in order to bring “disruption” to the legal world, breaking traditional law practice standards with innovative and creative solutions and keeping up with technological changes.
The new model offers legal advice and solutions both to entrepreneurs and investors interested in the new opportunities created by startups, as well as to regular clients that seek in such companies the solution to their technology and innovation demands.
Demarest will make available all its know-how and excellence in several practice areas to meet all the legal needs of startups, from the choice of an ideal corporate structure to compliance and LGPD issues, as well as labor, litigation and social security matters, among many others. Attentive to the reality of companies in this segment, which are often in the early stages and depend on fundraising, the firm will offer fees that are adaptable and flexible to the reality of each company and investor.
