Demarest on acquisition of Master Agroindustrial by Vall Companys

Demarest Advogados advised Vall Companys Internacional, S.L.U. on the acquisition of a relevant minority stake of 32.8% of the capital stock of Master Agroindustrial, whose main activities consist of raising pigs; production and retail sale of animal feed and concentrates; slaughtering of pigs, as well as industrialization of their meats; and wholesale and retail sale, export and import of pork and its by-products, materials and packaging.
