Demarest on the acquisition of the Luiz Gonzaga Project by SPIC
Demarest advised SPIC Brasil on the acquisition of 70% of the Luiz Gonzaga Project, a solar power generation project located in the city of Terra Nova, state of Pernambuco, developed by Canadian Solar.
The partnership between SPIC Brasil and Canadian Solar resulted in an investment of approximately R$400 million and represents the continuity of the expansion plan for investments in renewable energy projects in the Brazilian Northeast.
