Demarest represents Syntagma in acquisition of Imerys
Demarest has represented Syntagma in the negotiation for the acquisition of the pulp business of Imerys.
The closing of the transaction is subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.
Other firms advising on the transaction were Pinheiro Neto as local counsel to Imerys, Latham & Watkins as international counsel to Imerys and Willkie Farr & Gallagher as international counsel to Syntagma.
