Demarest strengthens its practices with a new partner
Demarest Advogados has announced Nicole Recchi Aun (pictured) as a new partner in its Life Sciences and Healthcare practice.
Nicole holds an LL.M. in Law, Science, and Technology from Stanford University in the United States and a law degree from PUC-SP (Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo).
With 14 years of experience, she provides legal and regulatory consulting services to companies in the healthcare and agribusiness sectors, regulated by Anvisa (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. Her practice covers the entire product development cycle, from clinical research to manufacturing, importation, commercial launch, market access, and post-market.
He also has extensive experience in areas such as biotechnology, bio-inputs, contracts, technology partnerships, digital health, compliance, as well as M&A transactions and corporate structuring, including startups.
