Dentons advises Transcontinental on acquisition of Banaplast

Dentons Cárdenas & Cárdenas, through its M&A team, has advised TC Transcontinental Packaging on the acquisition of Banaplast.

Thanks to this transaction, Transcontinental will be able to expand its offering in Latin America and open new opportunities to reach and serve new customers.

Banaplast is an agribusiness company focused on the manufacture of flexible packaging for crop protection used in large-scale plantations.
