Dentons assists Manufacturas in acquiring 65% of Alurack

Dentons Cárdenas & Cárdenas has assisted Manufacturas, a subsidiary of Acesco Colombia, in the acquisition of 65% of the shares of Alurack, a strategic aluminium producer in the country.

This transaction is part of Acesco Colombia’s strategic move to strengthen its presence in the Colombian market. As a result, the company is expected to continue to position itself as a key player in the construction and aluminium production industry in Colombia.
