Dentons assists Namu Travel in obtaining a revolving loan with IDB Invest
Dentons Costa Rica has advised Namu Travel, a Central American online travel agency, in obtaining a revolving loan with IDB Invest.
This transaction represents a pioneering initiative to boost the tourism sector, as it will allow tourism service providers to access capital to strengthen their financial capacity and business growth, as well as helping to provide more affordable financing to businesses that are improving and reshaping the world.
The advisory included support during all stages of the transaction, including structuring, negotiation and closing to ensure the success of the transaction.
