Dentons counsels expansion of Wietersdorfer after O-tek acquisition
Dentons Cárdenas & Cárdenas has counselled on the Wietersdorfer Group’s expansion into LatAm through the cross-border acquisition of O-tek Internacional, a GRP pipe specialist with production facilities in Colombia, Mexico and Argentina.
This transaction represents a significant milestone for both parties, marking the Wietersdorfer Group’s successful entry into Latin American markets, expanding the company’s reach beyond Europe.
The consultancy involved comprehensive guidance from conceptualisation to drafting and negotiation of the agreements. The transaction involved the participation of Dentons’ offices in Mexico and Argentina.
