Dentons incorporates Federico Lemos
Dentons Jiménez de Aréchaga has announced the appointment of Federico Lemos (pictured) as senior associate manager, effective 1 November.
Federico, who joins from Ferrere, where he was a partner, has more than a decade of experience in banking law, capital markets, project finance and Fintech. Throughout his career he has worked on complex commercial, general corporate and agribusiness matters. Federico has played an active role as a lecturer at renowned Uruguayan universities in the areas of banking and commercial law.
He obtained his law degree from the University of Montevideo and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law.
