Dentons Muñoz grows its IP team

Dentons Muñoz in Costa Rica has incorporated Melissa Mora Martin into its intellectual property and technology team as of counsel 

Melissa MoraA graduate with honours from the Latin American University of Science and Technology (ULACIT) and with a master’s degree in intellectual property (IP), Melissa (pictured) has more than 15 years’ experience in the IP practice.

Melissa is an active member of various local and international trademark law associations and is highly ranked in IP legal directories such as Chambers and Partners and World Trademark Review. She had ample experience in complex trademark enforcement and litigation as well as international trademarks portfolio management, which she combines with in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses needs.

Prior to joining Dentons Muñoz, Melissa was the a founding and managing partner at Mora Martin Intellectual Property, and prior to that she was partner and director of the IP department at Pragma Legal.
