Dentons Rattagan Macchiavello Arocena promotes partner
Dentons Rattagan Macchiavello Arocena in Argentina has announced the promotion of counsel Nicolás G. Arida to partner.
Dentons launched its combination with Argentinian law firm Rattagan Macchiavello Arocena in May, positioning Dentons as the largest global law firm in the country.
Arida (pictured) joined the law firm in 2015 and specialises in tax matters. He has more than 20 years’ experience, during which he has worked for international consulting firms and multinational companies.
He has extensive experience in assisting clients on tax matters, including – among other transactions – acquisitions, corporate reorganization processes, purchase audits, creation of new legal entities, multinational transactions or development of new businesses.
He has also gained extensive experience in dealing with audits carried out by tax authorities and in the preparation of filings and responses in different procedural stages.
