Dias Carneiro Advogados has advised Banco BV on its investment in S3 Bank, a Banking as a Service (BaaS) platform that offers integrated financial and payment solutions for companies.

The transaction will enable BV to offer an end-to-end BaaS solution to large and medium-sized companies that want to create a digital account, including banking infrastructure already integrated into the bank’s APIs, development of a personalized experience and after-sales service. Learn more
