Dias Carneiro advises Cast and Bradesco BBI on a public offering
Dias Carneiro Advogados has advised both Cast Informática, a Brazilian information technology company, and Banco Bradesco BBI on a public offering of commercial notes totaling BRL60 million. The transaction consisted of the company’s third issuance of commercial notes, structured in a single tranche.
The operation involved the structuring and execution of a public offering of commercial notes, an instrument used by the company as an alternative fundraising mechanism in the capital markets.
The Dias Carneiro Advogados team was led by Victor Henrique Baptistin, partner in the firm’s Capital Markets area, together with associates Michele Cazemiro Cristofoli and Thâmires Veras Silva, and Victor Barbosa dos Santos Viana, legal assistant.
On the Bradesco BBI side, the debt capital markets team included Marina Rodrigues, Rodrigo Laroca and Felipe Nakano Vicente, while the bank’s in-house legal team comprised Renata Machida, Pedro Soler Alcantara and Vitoria Souza de Oliveira.
