Dias Carneiro advises Corpservices on commercial notes issue

Dias Carneiro Advogados has advised Corpservices Participações e Serviços in a public offering of 85,000 book-entry commercial notes with collateral security, issued in two series under the company’s third issuance, for a total amount of BRL85 million. Machado Meyer advised Banco Santander Brasil,  lead coordinator of the transaction.

The offering was structured and distributed under the automatic registration procedure established by CVM 160.

The Dias Carneiro Advogados team was led by capital markets partner Victor Henrique Baptistin, with the participation of attorneys Michele Cazemiro Cristofoli and Carla Araújo Ribeiro.

Banco Santander Brasil was advised by Machado Meyer Advogados, with a team comprising Bruno Racy, Gabriel Bufano, and Beatriz Antunes Siqueira.
