Dias Carneiro advises IDB and JICA on investment in Dr. Consulta
Dias Carneiro Advogados advised two of the leading development finance institutions – IDB Invest and JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) – on the Series D round of Dr. Consulta, one of the leading startups in the healthcare segment aimed at the low-income population in Brazil.
The deal was structured as a follow-on transaction to the Series D investment round carried out by Dr. Consulta in its offshore entity, and reinforces IDB Invest and JICA’s commitment to growing capital investment in the healthcare sector in developing countries around the world.
