Dias Carneiro Advogados acted as a consultant to KSM Realty in the project Praia da Gama, the first tropical beach in the world with artificial waves in a private condominium. The project is the winner of the 2021 Master Real Estate Award, one of the most important awards in the real estate industry.

The firm has advised KSM in all stages of the project – from the acquisition of the property and the Wavegarden wage-generating system to the sale of the lots.
