Dias Carneiro Advogados has advised Softplan Planejamento e Sistemas Ltda., one of the largest software developers in Brazil, on the acquisition of Projuris, a software company focused on legal departments and law firms.

With this acquisition, which aims to strengthen Softplan’s growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions and expand its operations in the legal market, the company now offers a SaaS platform that brings efficiency to the management of contracts, corporate acts, powers of attorney , legal proceedings, and other legal demands.

The Softplan group now has more than 2,400 employees, in addition to 8,000 customers. For this year, the company expects to maintain the growth rate of 20% in revenue, reaching R$ 588 million. Learn more
