Dias Carneiro promotes a new counsel reinforcing its practices

Dias Carneiro Advogados announced the promotion of Faiçal Cais Filho (pictured), to counsel in the firm’s dispute resolution and reestructuring practice.

With more than a decade of experience, Faiçal advises domestic and international clients in complex disputes involving civil, consumer, corporate and bankruptcy matters. His practice also includes special situations transactions, particularly within the context of insolvency proceedings.

Prior to joining Dias Carneiro, Faiçal built a strong litigation background at leading national and international law firms, including experience in agribusiness, banking law and insolvency. He holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
