Diaz Reus opens new office in Houston

US law firm Diaz Reus has opened a new office in Houston, Texas, headed by partner Greg Ahlgren, and which will represent clients from the USA, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Colombia, Peru, and beyond.

Greg Ahlgren Diaz & ReusAhlgren (pictured) is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Texas lawyer with a cross-border focus, and who has practiced in South Texas and México since 1995, guiding clients through civil, criminal and bankruptcy matters, as well as consular and administrative issues.

Additionally, he has served as general counsel to international telecommunications firms based in Texas, managing compliance issues globally.

Ahlgren focuses his practice on federal litigation and compliance, import/export, entity formations, corporate services, contracting, immigration, government relations, and expatriate issues.

In addition, the law firm’s Miami office has bolstered its immigration practice with the addition of two of-counsels, Genilde Guerra, who assists the international community in matters related to immigration, international expansions, global business planning, real estate law and US tax law, and Robert Alan Kravitz, who has more than 30 years’ experience in US immigration and nationality law, and who primarily focuses on business and business immigration, professional workers, family-based immigration, global migration and international business and transactional law.
