DLA Piper adds new partner in Argentina

DLA Piper Argentina has announced the addition of Joaquín Eppens Echagüe (pictured) as a new partner in the Corporate Law Practice.

Joaquín is a transactional lawyer whose practice focuses on cross-border banking, finance and capital markets, with extensive experience in corporate/M&A matters.

He regularly advises underwriters and issuers on high yield and investment grade debt offerings, and represents both lenders and borrowers in credit transactions, including syndicated loans, multi-tranche financings, import and export financings, revolving lines and non-revolving term loans and private credit transactions. He also advises buyers, sellers and targets in all phases of public and private mergers and acquisitions, including acquisition financings.

He holds degrees in Banking and Capital Markets Law, Hydrocarbons Law and an LLM from the Austral University, as well as an LLM in International Banking, Finance and Insurance Law from the University of Zurich. Previously, he worked at firms such as Bruchou Fernández Madero & Lombardi and Fiorito, Murray & Díaz Cordero.
