DLA Piper Argentina names deputy managing partner
DLA Piper Argentina has announced the appointment of Martín Mittelman (pictured) as Deputy Managing Partner, who has been with the firm since 2018.
Mittelman’s practice focuses on business law and corporate matters, including corporate dispute resolution and financial and commercial transactions. He advises on regional and cross-border M&A transactions and has extensive experience in reporting to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of foreign issuers.
Mittleman will work closely with managing partner Marcelo Etchebarne to manage day-to-day operations and formulate strategies for the firm’s growth in Argentina.
