DLA Piper promotes partners in Brazil and Peru
DLA Piper has promoted two lawyers to partner in Brazil and one in Peru, as part of an ascendancy move that creates 77 new partners in 20 countries.
Janilú Badiola (pictured) was promoted to partner in the company’s Lima office, and who focuses on corporate law, while Vinicius Pereira, who focuses on litigation and regulatory law, is the firm’s newest partner in its Rio de Janeiro office.
Jorge Gallo has been promoted to partner in the São Paulo office, and who practices in corporate law.
The promotions were effective from April 1.
”These promotions demonstrate our ongoing investment in our business and represent the quality, breadth, and depth of DLA Piper around the world,” Jay Rains, the firm’s global co-CEO, said.
