DLA Piper welcomes Nicolás Fernández as new partner
DLA Piper Argentina has announced the addition of Nicolás Fernández Madero (pictured) as a new partner and head of the Life Sciences practice in the Buenos Aires office.

Nicolás focuses his practice on advising global and multinational pharmaceutical companies on all their legal, regulatory and contractual matters. He also has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries, representing leaders in verticals such as banking, capital markets and blockchain.
He has advised digital asset service providers, including one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges and a global agribusiness tokenisation platform, on token design and issuance, as well as regulatory matters. He previously worked at firms such as Mitrani Caballero & Ruiz Moreno, Estudio O’Farrell, Bullo Tassi Estebenet Lipera Torassa and Hope Duggan & Silva.
