Karen Cruz Alves (pictured) is the new civil litigation partner at Donelli, Abreu Sodré e Nicolai – DSA Advogados.
The lawyer has more than 16 years of experience in the areas of civil business, real estate and corporate matters.
Karen has worked on complex cases in the advisory and litigation spheres, as well as managing portfolios of national and multinational companies and negotiating and structuring contracts in heavily regulated sectors such as textiles, clothing and footwear, cosmetics, electronics, health and chemicals and agribusiness.
