DSA Advogados announces new partner in civil litigation
Donelli, Nicolai e Zenid Advogados (DSA Advogados) announced lawyer Gustavo Lucredi (pictured) as a new partner to lead the civil litigation team in strategic disputes, particularly in corporate, construction, judicial reorganization, bankruptcy, and medical cases.
Lucredi brings with him extensive experience in highly complex disputes, combining strategies between public and private law. He has led crisis management, arbitration, and litigation in infrastructure contracts, regulation, and corporate operations. His work is marked by success in procedural cases before higher courts and in modeling preventive solutions for risk mitigation.
The lawyer has a master’s degree in State Law (USP-SP) and specializes in Constitutional Law (PUC-SP), in addition to being the author of legal publications with in-depth knowledge of transnational legal issues.
