ECIJA adds new partner in El Salvador
ECIJA El Salvador has announced the incorporation of Antonio Guirola (pictured) as a new partner, who joins to strengthen the firm’s Corporate practice.
Antonio has more than fifteen years of experience in the following practice areas: Corporate Law, Energy Law, Financial and Banking Law, Oil and Gas, Gaming and Gambling, Project Finance, among others.
In addition, the new partner provides a specialized focus on cross-border transactions driving legal excellence and strategic results within a progressive legal environment. Committed to providing comprehensive legal advice and adept at navigating the complexities of local and global regulations to facilitate smooth transactions and optimize his clients’ success. Passionate about contributing to innovative solutions and fostering collaborative relationships in cross-cultural environments to achieve mutual goals.
A graduate of Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado, he holds an LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University. He previously worked as a partner at Lexincorp.
As a result of this incorporation, ECIJA’s office in El Salvador now has a team of 5 partners and 13 lawyers in addition to a team of paralegals and administrative staff.
