ECIJA GPA incorporates new partner
ECIJA GPA Ecuador has announced the incorporation of Gabriela Balseca (pictured) as a new partner in the Intellectual Property and Mediation area of the firm.
With an outstanding professional career, she trained in the intellectual property area and later focused her career on alternative dispute resolution methods, specializing in mediation and conflict management in the corporate and commercial sectors.
Internationally, Gabriela is certified as a mediator by the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). In addition, she holds the position of Diversity and Inclusion Officer of the Mediation Committee and is the representative of the International Forum of Mediators (FIMEP) for Ecuador.
Gabriela will also lead the Intellectual Property area, reinforcing a comprehensive and dynamic approach. Her objective will be not only to ensure the growth of companies by protecting their IP assets, but also to prevent possible infringements and litigation during business development.
