Escale repurchases 35% of its share capital from Qualicorp
Madrona Fialho Advogados advised Escale Health Seguros e Corretagem, a subsidiary of Escale Tecnologia e Marketing for business performance in the supplementary health sector, repurchased all shares issued by Qualicorp Consultoria e Corretora de Seguros, which represents 35% of the share capital.
As a result, Qualicorp left the shareholding structure of Escale Health Seguros e Corretagem.
