Estudio Beccar Varela welcomes back corporate partner

Argentinean law firm Estudio Beccar Varela (EBV) announced that María Benson has returned to the firm as advisory partner. 

Benson graduated in Law from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1995 and started her legal career at the firm in 1997. Her workload included advising clients such as Banco de Galicia and Telefónica in corporate and M&A matters. Benson also advised financial clients on project financing and debt restructuring. She became partner in 2008.

Prior to her return to EBV, Benson was a partner of Benson Natale from 2010 until this year.

Horacio E. Beccar Varela, managing partner of EBV, said : “Maria Benson is a very talented lawyer; it is an honour to have her back on board. Not only does she have a vast trajectory, but she also has a gift of combining – in a unique and dynamic way- theoretical knowledge with practice”.
