Estudio Muñiz appoints Raúl Vizcarra as partner
Peruvian law firm Estudio Muñiz has announced the appointment of Raúl Vizcarra (pictured) as a new partner of the firm, joining the areas of Corporate Law and M&A.
Raúl holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley. He has more than 12 years of experience in corporate, financial and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining the firm, he was an international associate in the Latin American practice of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York, and a senior associate at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uria (PPU).
