Estudio Muñiz has advised BBVA Peru and Scotiabank Peru as lenders in a $39 million club deal in favour of FIBRA Prime

 Peruvian law firm Estudio Muñiz has counselled Banco BBVA in Peru and Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., as lenders, in a club deal of up to $39,300,000 US dollars, granted to Patrimonio en Fideicomiso – D. Leg. No. 861, Title XI – Securitization Trust for Real Estate Rental Investment – FIBRA Prime, represented by BBVA Sociedad Titulizadora S.A., whose first disbursement was carried out last March 18th for $30,674,000 US dollars.
