Estudio O’Farrell assists YPF in notes issuance

Argentina’s Estudio O’Farrell has advised state energy company YPF on its issuance of Series III Notes for a total amount of 496,075,310 pesos ($7.4 million) for an issue price of 104 pesos for each 100 pesos of the nominal value of the notes.

The placement agents for the issuance were Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Río and Banco BBVA Argentina, and which were advised by Tanoira Cassagne Abogados.

This was the first issuance of notes by an Argentine corporate issuer in the local capital markets carried out 100 per cenr remotely in the context of the emergency situation due to the worldwide pandemic of COVID-19, O’Farrell said.
