EY instructed on GMD sale
EY lead the tax due diligence work on the sale of GMD, an IT services subsidiary of Graña y Montero in Peru.
Graña y Montero is the largest engineering and infrastructure company in Peru. It controls 24 companies which operate in 5 countries in Latin America and has more than 28,000 employees. The company been listed on the Lima Stock Exchange since 1997 and on the New York Stock Exchange since 2013.
The company solid GMD, a subsidiary specialized in information technology and telecommunications, to Advent International, the global private equity firm.
Fernando Tori and Claudia Plasencia led the EY team in Lima.
