EY Law Costa Rica hires manager for RE and hospitality practice
Ernst & Young Law has strengthened its Costa Rica team with the recruitment of lawyer Andrea Sandoval as a manager focused on real estate and hospitality law.
Sandoval (pictured) has more than seven years’ experience counselling real estate transactions, due diligence processes, financing and structuring of projects, mergers and acquisitions.
“The integration of Andrea to the team highlights the firm’s efforts in the regional strengthening of the different practice areas, through high quality experts that can offer our clients the best service, but most importantly to serve as strategic partners of the business through an integrated and value-added service,” Hernán Pacheco, managing partner of EY Law, said.
Sandoval has a masters of law in Corporate Law from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago, and also holds a law degree from the University of Costa Rica and several additional international certifications.
