EY Law’s Carlos Ayón named VP of IABA committee

Carlos Ayón, a senior manager at EY Law in Costa Rica, has been appointed vice president of the commercial law, banking and corporate advisory committee of the Inter-American Bar Association (IABA).

Ayón (pictured) has been an active member of the IABA and of the committee in recent years and has had a prominent participation in the IABA’s annual conferences in Panama, Dominican Republic and Costa Rica, and has extensive experience and knowledge in corporate law, banking and finance, contracts, franchises, real estate law, entertainment law, foreign investment and labour disputes.

He is also accredited to practice in Costa Rica and Nicaragua
