Failla, Lima e Riva announced the incorporation of Panacho Raymundo Advogados, a strategic move that marks the creation of its tax practice and expands the firm’s scope of services at a time of profound transformations in the Brazilian tax system, particularly in light of the progress and impacts of the tax reform.

Founded in 2021, Panacho Raymundo Advogados has established itself as a boutique firm exclusively focused on tax law, recognized for its technical and strategic expertise in tax litigation and advisory matters. With the incorporation, this specialization becomes part of Failla, Lima e Riva’s structure.

The arrival of partners Vinicius Buenno Panacho and Gabriel Campos Raymundo strengthens Failla, Lima e Riva’s technical capabilities with a solid and highly specialized tax practice, with notable experience in judicial and administrative litigation and tax consulting, distinguished by the ability to translate complex matters into legally sound solutions applicable to business realities.

Vinicius Buenno Panacho has more than twenty years of experience, having worked in law firms and multinational companies in Brazil and Europe. He advises domestic and foreign clients on tax matters, including the taxation of international operations and transactions, acquisitions and corporate structuring, in addition to acting in judicial and administrative disputes involving direct and indirect taxes. He holds a Law degree from PUC-SP, with postgraduate degrees in Tax Law from IBET-SP and in Civil Procedure from PUC-SP.

Gabriel Campos Raymundo has nearly twenty years of professional experience, with a career fully dedicated to Tax Law and developed in specialized firms in the field. He acts in judicial and administrative litigation involving federal, state, and municipal taxes, both in strategic cases and in recurring corporate matters, in addition to providing advisory services to companies and individuals. He holds a Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from IBET-SP, and an MBA in Tax Management from FIPECAFI.

With the incorporation of Panacho Raymundo Advogados, Failla, Lima e Riva advances its institutional expansion process and now has nine partners, in addition to a solid team of experienced associate lawyers and other legal professionals.
