Farroco Abreu advises Jurubatech on buyout by Econ

Brazil’s Farroco Abreu Advogados has acted as legal adviser for the structuring of local real estate company Jurubatech Participações’ acquisition by Econ Construtora, a Brazilian construction and engineering company.

Farroco Abreu’s team advising Jurubatech Participações was led by partner Bruno Guarnieri (pictured), with partner José Mauricio Abreu, and associates Bruna Marques Pelegrini and Isabela Ferreira.
