Paulo Talarico (pictured) joined the team of FAS Advogados as a partner in the area of Business Development and Management. With a vast professional experience in Corporate Law, Insurance Law, foreign investment and a trajectory in renowned law firms, Paulo has already participated in several international negotiations, and has been a leader in the structuring of M&A and corporate reorganizations, besides having conducted succession planning and carried out national and international agreements.
Paulo has a law degree from the University of São Paulo – USP, MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV, and specialization in Corporate Law from GVLaw.
