Flor Bustamante Pizarro & Hurtado has announced the incorporation of Juan Andrés Gortaire (pictured left) and María Cristina Serrano (pictured right), former senior partners of HEKA Law, as new partners of the firm.

Following this move, which took place in April, Juan Andrés, María Cristina and their team of 8 associates join FBBPH to strengthen the Corporate/M&A, Competition and Constitutional areas, as well as to lead the firm’s expansion to Cuenca, the most industrialised city in the country.
