FCAM has two new partners in the Tax and Corporate areas
Ferraz de Camargo e Matsunaga Advogados announced the arrival of Gabriel Hercos and Camila Tebaldi as partners
Ferraz de Camargo e Matsunaga Advogados (FCAM Advogados) has strengthened its Tax and Corporate Law teams with the announcement of two new partners, Gabriel Hercos (pictured left) and Camila Tebaldi (pictured right). With these new hires, the firm now has 8 partners in total.
New partner for the Corporate area, Camila Tebaldi has more than 12 years of experience in renowned law firms and consulting companies, advising companies in crisis, business restructuring, out-of-court and court-supervised reorganization processes, and bankruptcies, besides having worked as a judicial administrator.
The new partner has a degree from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba and a post-graduate degree in Contract Law from IICS/CEU Escola de Direito and in Company Recovery and Bankruptcy from Fadisp, in addition to specialization in Company Restructuring and Recovery from FGV.
Gabriel Hercos, who has more than 15 years of experience and broad experience in Taxation and Wealth Management, joins the team of partners in the Tax area, focused on the agribusiness sector. The lawyer has provided services to large national and multinational groups, both publicly traded and privately held, related to federal, state and local taxes, as well as to individuals.
Gabriel has a law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, a specialist in Tax Law and International Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT), and is currently pursuing an MBA in Agribusiness at the University of São Paulo (Esalq/Piracicaba).
