Feijó Lopes advise on CRI issuance of True Securitizadora
Feijó Lopes Advogados advised on the public offering of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) under the CVM 160 regime, distributed on an automatic basis, of True Securitizadora‘s 333rd issue.
The CRI offered, in the amount of R$ 9,800,000.00, were backed by real estate credit rights arising from the issuance of a Bank Credit Note (CCB) by Amelia 139 Empreendimentos Imobiliários SPE.
The funds raised from the CRI offering will be used for real estate development purposes.
Feijó Lopes Advogados acted as legal advisor to the securitization company True Securitizadora and included senior partner Lúcio Feijó Lopes (pictured left) and senior associate Andréa de Freitas.
Rio Bravo Investimentos, as structurer, was advised by partner and legal director Thales Paiva (pictured right).
