Feijó Lopes Advogados advise on the public offering of CRI
Feijó Lopes Advogados advised on the public offering of real estate receivables certificates (Certificados de Recebíveis Imobiliários – CRI) under CVM 160, distributed under automatic regime, of the 355th issuance by True Securitizadora.
The offered CRI, in the amount of BRL 23,000,000.00, was backed by real estate credit rights arising in connection with the issuance of Commercial Notes (Notas Comerciais) by Fortaleza Desenvolvimento Imobiliário SPE.
The proceeds raised from the CRI offering will be used for the development of Nest Vila Ipojuca‘s real estate project.
Feijó Lopes Advogados acted as legal counsel to the securitization firm True Securitizadora, and relied on senior partner Lúcio Feijó Lopes (pictured left) and senior associate Andréa de Freitas.
