Feijó Lopes Advogados advises on Villa Cambury’s CRI offering
Feijó Lopes Advogados advised on the public offering of real estate receivables certificates (Certificados de Recebíveis Imobiliários (CRI)) under CVM Regulation 160, distributed under automatic regime, of 313rd issuance by True Securitizadora, in the amount of BRL 19,800,000.00, backed by real estate credits arising from the issuance of a bank credit note (Cédula de Crédito Bancário (CCB)) by Villa Barra Cambury Empreendimento SPE.
The funds raised from the CRI offering will be used for real estate development.
Feijó Lopes Advogados acted as legal counsel to the securitization firm True Securitizadora, and relied on senior partner Lúcio Feijó Lopes (pictured), and senior associates Andréa de Freitas e Fernanda Lucian.
