Felix & Menegassi Zotareli launches boutique for complex disputes
The capital of São Paulo has a new law firm to handle highly complex legal disputes: Felix & Menegassi Zotareli Advogados. Created by partners Leandro Felix (pictured right) and Daniel Menegassi Zotareli (pictured left) — both with long careers at renowned law firms, ranging from boutiques to full-service practices — the firm combines the solid academic background of its founders with years of experience in preventing and resolving high-profile administrative, judicial, and arbitration disputes, both in Brazil and abroad.
The partners met while studying at the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School and built similar professional careers. Leandro, who holds an LL.M. from the University of Chicago, worked for 14 years at Machado Meyer Advogados, dealing with commercial and corporate dispute resolution. Meanwhile, Daniel, who holds a master’s degree from USP, joined Dinamarco, Beraldo & Bedaque Advocacia almost a decade ago, working in the litigation team led by the firm’s senior partners.
The combination of the two lawyers’ professional experience in setting up the firm is strategic. While Leandro has a strong track record in corporate, commercial, and construction disputes, with an emphasis on international litigation, Daniel complements this profile by bringing together solid experience in regulatory, environmental, succession, consumer, and credit recovery litigation, in addition to acting in misconduct and legal claims cases — establishing comprehensive coverage of the main litigation fronts for the firm’s clients.
Disputes are a natural part of the business world, and resolving them in a strategic, individualized, technical, and practical manner is the main differentiator of law firms guided by best legal practices. Based on this purpose, Felix & Menegassi Zotareli Advogados arrives to be a reference in hands-on performance, dedicated to each client’s business with care, excellence, and critical thinking.
