BSN Medical engages Felsberg for Neve divestment

Felsberg Advogados has advised BSN Medical, an affiliate of Stockholm-heaquartered health and hygiene company Essity, on its sale of the total assets of Neve, a São Paulo-based bandages and wound treatment product manufacturer, to a group of investors.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.
