Felsberg advises Iguatemi on iFood partnership

Felsberg Advogados has advised Brazilian shopping centre developer and management company Iguatemi on the partnership it has formed with iFood to create a food delivery solution for the group’s network of shopping malls.



iFood is an online food delivery portal and the market leader in Brazil. 

This is the first time that iFood has partnered with this business model, and the agreement aims to generate an increase in sales for the restaurants installed in food courts, especially during the evenings.



The partnership will bring improvements in the food delivery experience by optimising the output of the enterprises involved, with a single shipping area created for a takeout solution in each mall.


The partnership will begin at two shopping centres, Iguatemi Campinas (pictured) and Market Place, both of which are located in São Paulo, and is expected to be expanded to other Iguatemi malls over the next two years.
