Felsberg advises investment funds on $14m property acquisition
Felsberg Advogados has advised CM Capital Markets and the investment fund GGR Covepi Renda FII on the acquisition of a 195,000-square-foot property in Campinas from the investment fund FII Golden, held by BTG Pactual.
The property is currently rented to Suzano Papel e Celulose, and the deal was valued at 54 million reais ($14.4 million).

Law firm Freitas Leite acted as counsel to the seller.
